PRINCETON, N.J. (UPI) -- Less than half of Americans know enough about two possible Republican vice presidential candidates to form an opinion about them, a poll indicated Wednesday.

Of the two, U.S Sen. Marco Rubio is viewed more favorably than unfavorably while views on Sen. Rob Portman of Ohio were mixed, results from a USA Today-Gallup poll indicated

Presumptive GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney hasn't indicated who's on his list of possible running mates.

Forty-four percent of Americans in a May 7-10 USA Today-Gallup poll said they could give an opinion of Rubio, compared with 22 percent of Americans who said they have an opinion about Portman.

Results for the latest USA Today-Gallup poll are based on nationwide telephone interviews with 1,012 adults conducted May 10-13. The margin of error is 4 percentage points.

Super inmrifatove writing; keep it up.

he was a “natural born citizen”.You prmbeuasly acknowledge the boundary between the group “born citizen” and “citizen”… You prmbeuasly acknowledge that “citizen” is a superset that includes both “born citizen” and “naturalized citizen”.There is also a boundary between the group “natural born citizen” and “born citizen”… “born citizen” is a superset that includes both “natural born citizen” and “14th Amendment native born citizen”.If I am wrong, please show me where the Court called Wong Kim Ark a “natural born citizen”. They didn't. Marco Rubio was born a U.S. Citizen, on U.S. soil, to two parents who were not U.S. citizens at the time. He is similar to Wong Kim Ark in that regard. Wong Kim Ark was born a citizen, but not a natural born citizen because his parents were not U.S. citizens. Wong Kim Ark was not eligible to hold the office of President. And neither is Marco Rubio. I hove the man and what he stands for, but I love the Constitution even more. Let Rubio remain an outstanding and outspoken Senator, and let someone who is a natural born citizen run for President.Very respectfully,Red Pill tzmqjjh [link=]hzrbjvfl[/link]

Carl If obama wins, more partisan gridolck. Nothing will get done, regardless of what he wants to do. Furthermore if he doesn’t have a stellar second term, I predict a massive Republican take-over in 2016.If Romney wins, then Republican dominance in the house will give Romney the edge with power enough to reverse legislation and certainly policy. Should this be the case, I expect immediate push for reversal of the Affordable Care Act, reinstatement of Don’t Ask Don’t tell policies, Expansion of the Defense of Marriage Act, and, gutting of environmental restrictions to business. Not to mention making permanent the George W Bush tax cuts, with more defense spending. There is much at stake this election, but not a lot to gain but for a few. After election, the brutal tactics employed will again be explained away as; “oh that’s just politics, never mind”. Meanwhile the nation edges closer and closer to each other’s throats with each cycle. Especially as national wealth gets steadily siphoned away.If you are liberal, you have gone to far. If you are conservative, your individualism cannot be sustained, and, if you are rich, you can choose the future; Free the under classes with less for yourselves or increase Profits at their expense. No more way around it.
